A request is sent privately and reaches registered tradespeople working in your category and your city.
Why we started Nivelo
Finding a good tradesperson depends on who you happen to know: who recommends whom, and who happens to have time. Quotes are unpredictable, and a request posted publicly reaches everyone and no one.
On the other side, experienced tradespeople compete for attention instead of being matched with work that suits what they do.
The purpose of Nivelo is straightforward: to bring customers and qualified tradespeople together, so a request reaches people with genuine experience in that specific type of work.
What we do differently
A request reaches the right people.
Your request is not published. It goes to a limited number of tradespeople on Nivelo who work in that category and your city, selected on response time and completed jobs. Your phone number is shared only with those who express interest.
Indicative prices we ask for up front.
We ask tradespeople for indicative prices for their main types of work. You see them alongside the tradespeople who express interest, before you contact anyone.
Reputation on verifiable grounds.
After a completed job, verified customers who actually had the work done rate quality, punctuality and whether the final price matched the quote. Measured figures are shown alongside: completed jobs and response time.
Customers pay nothing
Customers pay nothing: not to send a request, and not to receive offers.
What we are not
We are not a construction company and we do not carry out work ourselves.
We are not a party to the agreement between you and the tradesperson, we hold no money and we do not guarantee the quality of the work.
We take no percentage. Payment is made directly between you and the tradesperson.
Who can register as a tradesperson
We look for experienced tradespeople who can show their work, state their prices and respond to customers.
Tradespeople on Nivelo are independent businesses. They are not employees of Nivelo and they work for themselves.
We monitor response times and customer ratings. Tradespeople who repeatedly fail to respond stop receiving requests.
Who is behind Nivelo
Nivelo is the platform that takes a customer's request, sends it to the relevant tradespeople and collects ratings once the work is done. The aim is to become the place where customers and experienced professionals find each other reliably — starting in Kosovo, with the wider region in view.
The name comes from the word level — the tradesperson's tool and the standard the customer expects.
