• Clients: name, phone number, email (optional), job description, photos, city and neighborhood, chosen language.
• Tradespeople: name, email, verified phone number, business name, tax ID (optional), photos of work, prices, cities, payment data processed by the payment provider.
• Automatically: hashed IP address, browser type, usage events within the platform.

• To provide the service and forward the request to tradespeople — legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To prevent fraud and duplicate accounts — legal basis: legitimate interest.
• For email and WhatsApp notifications — legal basis: performance of a contract.
• For analytics on our infrastructure — legal basis: legitimate interest.
• For legal obligations, such as invoicing and accounting — legal basis: legal obligation.

• The client's phone number is shared only with the tradespeople who express interest in that request.
• Service providers: hosting and database, email delivery, WhatsApp notifications, payment processing, number verification.
• We do not sell any data. We do not use tracking-based advertising.

Some of our service providers are located outside the European Union. In these cases, appropriate safeguards apply, such as standard contractual clauses.

• Job requests: 24 months.
• Tradesperson accounts: for as long as the account is active, plus 12 months.
• Invoices and accounting records: as required by law.
• Analytics events: 14 months.

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority for data protection.

We only use functional storage in the browser, for example the chosen language and the request in progress. Analytics are internal and cookie-free, so we don't display a consent banner. If analytics or third-party advertising are added in the future, this section will change and the consent banner will become mandatory.

The service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

Changes are published on this page with an updated date; material changes are communicated to registered tradespeople by email.
