Describe the job
Choose the category, answer a few questions and add photos. It takes about two minutes. You don't need an account.

The request goes to the relevant tradespeople
Your request goes to tradespeople on Nivelo who work in that category and city, so it reaches people with relevant experience. It is not published anywhere.

They contact you
Interested tradespeople call you or message you on WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours. Your number is given only to those who show interest.

You choose and pay directly
Compare the quotes and choose yourself. Pay the tradesperson directly. We don't take any percentage.

For tradespeople

Sign up and verify your number
Create your account and verify your phone number with a code.

Complete your profile
Categories, cities, photos of your work and indicative prices. The profile is published once it's complete.

Receive requests
We notify you by email and WhatsApp as soon as someone requests work in your category and city.

Contact the client
Click "I'm interested" and get the number. From there, the agreement is between you and the client.
No contract and no minimum term.
We email the details after registration; they are also in your dashboard.

Does it cost anything for me as a customer?
No, nothing. Posting a request, receiving quotes and viewing profiles are all free. You don't even need an account.
Is my request published where anyone can see it?
The request is not published publicly. It goes to tradespeople who work in that category and city, and your phone number is shared only with those who express interest in that specific job.
What happens after I send my request?
Within minutes we pass it to tradespeople working in that category and city. Those who are interested call or message you, usually within 24 hours. The link in your email shows who responded.
Who will I be dealing with?
With verified, experienced professionals selected for that specific request: a verified phone number and a complete profile showing their own completed work. After every finished job, verified customers rate quality, punctuality and whether the final price matched the quote, and those ratings appear on the profile.
What if no one contacts me?
Write to us. In some categories or cities there are few tradespeople; in that case we notify you as soon as we have one available.
Does Nivelo take a percentage from the job?
No. Nivelo takes no percentage from the job. Payment happens directly between you and the tradesperson.
Can I cancel my subscription as a tradesperson?
Yes, anytime. There's no contract and no minimum term.
Why is the site in several languages?
Because some of our customers live abroad and arrange work for a house or apartment they own here.
